Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Minor color differences due to screen variations

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Replacements

If the item is damaged during shipping, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
